Overview


 

SkyHouse DC is an innovative adaptive reuse project that transformed two vacant office buildings - former 13-story EPA headquarters built in the 1970's in the Brutalist architecture style - into 530 Class A apartments. SkyHouse created the first residential units within the Waterfront Station redevelopment in Southwest Washington.

Overview


 

Developed on a former commuter parking lot, Rhode Island Row was the lynchpin in the revitalization of the entire Rhode Island Avenue NE corridor. The project transformed an underutilized parcel into a lively, 24-hour mixed-use community with 274 Class A apartments above 70,000 SF of entertainment and retail space right on a Red Line Metro Station.

Urban Atlantic developed 52 affordable rental townhomes blended seamlessly throughout a larger market-rate, luxury for-sale townhome community developed by EYA.
