SkyHouse DC is an innovative adaptive reuse project that transformed two vacant office buildings - former 13-story EPA headquarters built in the 1970's in the Brutalist architecture style - into 530 Class A apartments. SkyHouse created the first residential units within the Waterfront Station redevelopment in Southwest Washington.
