Built in the 1980s, Woods at Addison was acquired in 2013 by Urban Atlantic and its non-profit partner NHP through an Affordable Preservation Fund by PNC Bank. Following capital improvements, Urban and NHP sold the property to a joint venture between Urban Atlantic and Federal Capital Partners that allows continued capital improvements and the preservation of the properties as affordable to moderate-income households.
